Dr. McCray is a graduate of the historic Meharry Medical College. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University, followed by a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine.
Dr. McCray has extensive training in advanced Cardiovascular Imaging, achieving the highest level of training in Cardiac Computed Tomography and Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He has been published in peer reviewed journals and has presented research at national scientific meetings. His clinical interests involve the use of multi-modality cardiovascular imaging to achieve the optimal outcomes across the spectrum of heart diseases including: coronary artery disease, various cardiomyopathies, valvular heart disease, aortic disease, and congenital heart disease.
